Return & Refund Policy

We’re committed to providing you with a worry-free shopping experience and ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Every record player is carefully inspected and tested before shipping to guarantee quality performance and appearance.

**Please note:** Due to the nature of audio equipment, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality (such as personal preference, size, or color).

    1. Eligible Returns

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

  •  The product arrives **defective or damaged.
  • You receive the **wrong model or incorrect item.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact our Customer Service within “15 days” of receiving your order. Requests submitted beyond this period cannot be accommodated.

    2. Return Conditions

  • Returned products must be “unused, in original packaging”, and include all accessories and manuals.
  • Items showing signs of wear, modification, or damage caused by improper use will **not** be accepted.
  • We do **not** provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service. The return shipping cost will be borne by the sender.
  •  Shipping fees are **non-refundable** as they cover the delivery service cost.

   3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Service with your “order number, account email, and detailed description of the issue”.
2. Include **photos or videos** as proof of the problem.
3. Await confirmation before shipping the return. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within “10 business days”.

    4. Warranty

All record players include a “15-day warranty period”from the date of receipt. During this period, we will provide free repair or replacement for verified product defects.
