WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
MAIO offers free ground shipping on all items. Free shipping applies to standard ground delivery for orders with addresses within the Continental U.S. only. Orders shipped to Canada will incur standard shipping rates and may be subject to additional fees, taxes, or duties. Shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, international destinations, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico will be cancelled and refunded. This offer does not apply to previous purchases and is subject to change without notice. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

HOW LONG AFTER PLACING MY ORDER WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and are expected to arrive within 13–20 business days after shipping. These time frames are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs clearance, or carrier delays. MAIO is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
MAY I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
We process orders quickly—usually within 1–3 business days. Once an order has been processed, changes or cancellations are unfortunately not possible, including updates to the delivery address.
