It perfectly replaces those tiny, quiet built-in speakers. It connects almost automatically with just the push of a button. The only reason it didn't get five stars is that the startup noise is incredibly loud when you turn it on and off. I had to stuff it into my pillow, but the noise was still just as loud.
It connected instantly without any issues, and I haven't experienced any disconnections. Even without the included adapter, it magnetically attaches securely to my phone.
I haven't figured out how to turn off the colored indicator lights yet. The startup and shutdown sounds are very loud.
This is an excellent portable Bluetooth speaker. When I'm cycling, I clip it onto my backpack―it works great, plays loud, and lasts a long time.
